 Lester is the CEO and Owner, wearing just about every hat since the very beginning. With a hands-on approach and a big-picture mindset, Lester leads the company with a passion for building something that truly makes a difference—not only for clients, but for the community as a whole.

What he enjoys most is creating opportunities, changing lives, and watching the company grow into something meaningful. Known for his approachable leadership style and great sense of humor, Lester brings both heart and levity to the workplace.

Outside of work, he’s a licensed private pilot who enjoys taking to the skies for the occasional local flight—because sometimes the best perspective comes from above.

Luke brings a unique, hands-on perspective to his role as Shop Lead, having started with MWP as the company’s first in-house cabinet installer. As the business grew, he led installation crews, managed scheduling, and eventually transitioned into the office—bridging the gap between field experience and thoughtful design.

What Luke enjoys most about his role is working alongside this incredible team to create beautiful wood products that customers truly love. At MWP, Luke is deeply appreciated for his commitment, leadership, and the way he brings real-world field experience into the workplace every day

Outside of work and family time, Luke enjoys working on cars and staying active at the gym.

Mark is a Project Manager in our Sales & Design department and has been part of the team since 2021. In his role, Mark thrives on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and bringing creative ideas to life through thoughtful design. His collaborative approach and people-first mindset make him a trusted partner for both clients and teammates alike, and he’s appreciated for the dedication, reliability, sense of humor and positive energy he brings to the team every day.

Outside of work, Mark is a cornhole champion and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, always chasing that perfect swing.

 Del is a Project Manager in our Sales & Design department. He enjoys creating designs that his clients truly love and takes pride in turning ideas into results that exceed expectations. While Delwyn is newer to the company, he brings a lifetime of experience in design and installation, which shows in his strong work ethic, creativity, and willingness to jump in wherever needed—qualities that make him a valued part of our team.

Outside of work, Delwyn loves spending time outdoors with his family, especially hiking and relaxing at the lake. He’s also currently building his own home and enjoys tackling DIY projects, putting his hands-on skills to work both on and off the job.

  Forrest serves as a Designer & Drafter, working within the design & office team to create thoughtful, functional spaces tailored to each client. With over three and a half years at the company, Forrest enjoys collaborating with clients to bring their expectations—and often their dreams—to life through purposeful design.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Forrest is a passionate reader and explorer with a deep love for the outdoors, always eager to discover new places and experiences. Known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients, Forrest brings both creativity and reliability to every project, making him a valued and trusted member of the team.

 Bethany is a member of our Drafting & Design team and has been with the company for three years. Working within the Design/Office department, she enjoys helping customers find exactly what they need and bringing their ideas to life.

Bethany has been involved in the building materials and sales industry since she was just 15 years old, giving her a strong foundation of experience and product knowledge. Her passion for customer service and hands-on industry background make her a valuable resource for customers and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Bethany enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and son. 

 Jon Miller is a Designer & Drafter in our Sales & Design department. He joined the company in 2022 working in the shop before transitioning into a design role in 2024. His hands-on background gives him a strong understanding of the process from start to finish, allowing him to bring clients’ visions to life with both creativity and practical insight. Jon is known for his problem-solving mindset and his commitment to delivering designs that truly meet his clients’ needs.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time recreating with his wife and family, and he’s especially excited about his new Grandbaby.

 Hayden  has been a valued member of the Martin Wood Products team for five years. With remarkable engineering skills and an in-depth knowledge of cabinet making, he plays a crucial role in bringing complex projects to life with precision and expertise. His dedication, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality make him an invaluable part of our team, and we truly appreciate the knowledge, hard work, and positive attitude he brings every day.

Outside of work, Hayden and his wife recently welcomed a baby boy into their family. While he's exceptional at what he does here at MWP, there's no doubt he's embracing his new—newest and favorite—role yet; being a proud Dad.

 Nathan is our Install Manager, and a key member of our Install department. He enjoys taking a concept and turning it into reality, with a strong focus on bringing the visions of both customers and team members to life. With over two years of hands-on experience working with the company, Nathan brings a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and getting the job done right.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and making the most of the outdoors. Whether he’s dirt biking, hiking, exploring new places, or diving into photography, he values adventure and creativity in all aspects of life.

Sarah serves as the Office Manager, playing a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. She brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a servant-hearted approach to everything she does. Sarah values working in a Christ-centered environment that prioritizes people—both customers and employees—alongside quality products and a strong moral compass.

Outside of work, Sarah has been married for 21 years, has been a homeschool mom for 13 years, and enjoys skiing with her kids whenever she gets the chance.

Megan recently joined the Martin Wood Products team as our Design Administrator, and she has already hit the ground running. Working alongside Project Manager Mark and the rest of his team, she's been a tremendous asset, always ready to lend a hand and support those around her.

Outside of work, Megan has been married to her husband, Aaron, for 22 years. Together they have two adult children—a son and a daughter—and she enjoys spending time with family and friends whenever she can.

We're incredibly thankful to have Megan on our team. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and dedication make her a valuable part of the Martin Wood Products family.
